With the major shortages in the work force, we help fill the need with practices needing comprehensive insurance verification services. Our team members will fully customize insurance verification to your needs.
Our agents work remotely and just like any “work from home” positions, our agents will work with your team members directly in obtaining, organizing, and reporting insurance verification information for any of your insured patients.

Who are our agents?
Our agents come from various different business backgrounds ranging from corporate management members, chefs, construction workers, sales, professional administration, customer service agents, dental office managers, and otherwise day to day hard working people who are committed to serving our clients. Our agents are based out of multiple countries: USA, American Samoa, Tonga, Philippines, South Africa, and Canada. We are human beings spread out throughout the entire world and bring our life experience and cultures to enhance our client experience.
Why $15 an hour?
Simply said, insurance verification is an entry level position at any dental office. Such a function currently cost between $40 to $50 an hour with many firms here in the U.S. Our goal is to provide this service at traditional rates that doctors were accustomed to paying prior to the wage changes that were caused by the recent pandemic.
