Verus Dental launched on January 1, 2023 and is part of the Veritas Dental Resources family of businesses. Veritas Dental Resources was established on April 1, 2014 and has served nearly 8500 dentists, influencing 4 billion dollars of newly negotiated revenue for its clients. Both Verus and Veritas are latin words that stand for truth. Since it’s difficult to get the truth out of insurance, our goal is to help dentists find truths that insurance plans don’t give them willingly and directly.

TESSINA BULLOCK

President

Tess has been in dentistry since 2008. Her natural curiosity and desire to fight for the underdog led her to heights she had not intended. 

She have been featured in Dental Economics magazine as she successfully and single-handedly got the insurance commissioner to not only investigate an insurance company but told them to put a stop to their illegal practices.

She have been a guest, several times, on the podcast saynotoppos by Ben Tuinei where they discuss how offices can succeed at getting insurances to pay. She was excited to further help offices by starting Verus with Ben and doing insurance verification for offices to help reduce the amount of workload they have.

Tess will always continue to grow and excel at taking the power back from insurance companies and putting it back into the hands of the Dental industry where it belongs! She grew up traveling as her father was in the Air Force, CIA and DIA- Yes, now you know where she get it from.

She is settled down in Utah now with her own family raising their 6 kids. Typical large Utah family.  They love the outdoors and playing in the water as much as they can! 

MYLES TANTIA

Chief Operating Officer

Myles has been with Veritas Dental Resources (Verus Dental’s parent company) for more than 10 years.

She took up BS Information Management in college. Myles also has had extensive years of experience and background in the Business Process Outsourcing industry particularly in finance, retail and service accounts for huge companies such as Earthlink, Sprint/Verizon, Netspend Debit, Paypal, eBay, Barclays UK, and Barclays US. Eight years of which was a solid experience in supervisory and management roles.

Her exposure in the field led to her employment as Veritas’ President’s all-around Virtual Assistant back in June 2014 when she decided to quit the corporate world and start working from home. From her main role of being an Insurance Liaison and the trusted overall leader of the team, she has now been functioning as the Chief Operating Officer since her appointment in May 2021. She is now leading two LOBs under VDR and is working closely with the leadership teams to run a smooth and successful operation.

Myles has always believed that if you love your work, your company and the people you work with, it would reflect positively in the quality of your work. With this, it has always been her goal to build and keep a positive working environment for everyone.

CITADEL SOLIMAN

Team Leader

Team Lead with over 13 years of experience in Customer Service and Sales Industry.
Del has proven ability in leading high-producing teams to increase productivity and efficiency.

She works well with others and individually. A dedicated leader with demonstrated ability to train, manage and motivate team members to achieve organizational objectives which also helped people develop into excellent leaders.

Before working with Verus, she focused on developing her skills as a Leader at a Business Process Outsourcing. This position gave her the passion to lead and help others grow, leading to an increase in performance from the other people she worked with previously.

With this passion, Del believes that she can create a positive environment of growth for members of her team.

Del takes pride in finding ways to connect with people and help them fulfill their full potential.

KRIZZLE MAE ESCRITOR

Team Leader

Krizzle’s journey began with a strong foundation in psychology, where she developed a deep understanding of human behavior and motivation. Armed with an AB in Guidance & Counseling, she entered the professional world with a passion for helping others succeed. Even in her early years, Krizzle demonstrated natural leadership abilities, whether mentoring peers, organizing events, or facilitating group discussions.

Krizzle’s entry into the BPO industry began a transformative journey. Drawing upon her background in psychology, she quickly excelled in understanding the needs of both clients and team members. Specializing in healthcare accounts, Krizzle navigated complex processes with ease, always prioritizing the well-being and satisfaction of her team.

One of Krizzle’s greatest strengths as a team leader lies in her ability to embrace diversity. In the fast-paced and multicultural environment of the BPO industry, she thrived in fostering an inclusive culture where every voice was heard and valued. By leveraging her knowledge of human behavior, Krizzle built cohesive teams that were highly productive and deeply connected on a personal level. CHANNELLE P. MANUBAG

Trainer

In the whirlwind of life’s many challenges and opportunities, Channelle embarked on a remarkable journey that would ultimately define her path to personal and professional growth. Balancing the demands of a full-time job while pursuing a college education for two years was no small feat, yet Channelle’s determination and resilience shone brightly throughout this pivotal phase of her life.

After successfully navigating the rigors of college life, Channelle’s journey took an unexpected turn as she crossed paths with Verus Dental. This serendipitous encounter marked the beginning of a new chapter in her life—one filled with exciting opportunities and personal growth. Verus Dental recognized her potential and entrusted her with the role of trainer, a position she initially doubted she could handle. However, with their unwavering support and belief in her capabilities, she embraced the challenge wholeheartedly. Channelle’s newfound role as a trainer opened the door to a world of possibilities, enabling her to connect with people, nurture their skills, and forge lasting friendships. Although the journey presented its fair share of challenges, she remained undeterred, relying on her grit and the support of her colleagues at Verus Dental to overcome obstacles and continuously improve her training methods.

Outside of her career, Channelle finds solace and rejuvenation in nature. Her weekends are often spent in the great outdoors, where she finds peace and tranquility. She also indulges in her love for entertainment, enjoying sitcoms, anime, and documentaries that offer a glimpse into various facets of life.

In the grand tapestry of her journey, Channelle’s story is a testament to the boundless potential that resides within ourselves. Her dedication, adaptability, and passion for growth continue to shape her destiny as she embraces the challenges and adventures that lie ahead, both in her career at Verus Dental and in her personal life.

CHRISTINE D. VILLANUEVA

Quality Assurance Specialist

Tin gained a lot of experience and skills through the different jobs she had for the last 3 years. She have a bachelor degree in Civil Engineering but found happiness and comfort in working in this industry.

As part of the second batch of DIVAs that was hired here in Verus, she immediately loved the job! That’s why she always make sure to provide quality work and be of help to her colleagues.

She was promoted as the very first Quality Assurance Specialist of Verus and she’s really thankful to the management for giving her the opportunity to help the team by making sure that they’re on the same page with regards to the process and also by sharing the things she learned with the verification and softwares.

She is a very outgoing person and  love learning things that’s out of her comfort zone. It’s challenging but at the same time, rewarding. Also, she loves playing mobile games, surfing the internet, cooking, playing her daughter, etc.

Tin’s goal is to be the best person that she can be.

RIA JAZMINE F. ULPINDO

Workforce Specialist

Ria is a competent Workforce Specialist with a remarkable journey that began in 2013. With years of experience in the Workforce field, she has become a trusted expert in workforce analytics and tools, including forecasting and scheduling. One of her defining qualities is her unwavering commitment to providing accurate and timely information. An essential part of Ria’s skill set is her proactive approach to monitoring, report generation, and data analysis. Her commitment to accuracy and timeliness is invaluable to any organization, providing the insights necessary for informed decision-making.

Here at Verus Dental, Ria has a keen eye for the systematic improvement of operations. She regularly studies and assess team databases and CRMs, such as Monday.com, and provides recommendations and implementations that enhance day-to-day operations. Her ability to develop and recommend methods for improved efficiency underscores her dedication to helping her team and clients succeed.

In addition to her professional achievements, Ria is deeply committed to public service and currently holds the position of secretary on her village’s sector board of trustees. Furthermore, she has a passion for event coordination and has successfully organized numerous occasions.

ROLANDO BAGTAS

Ron is a dedicated professional in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry for 7 years before becoming a part of the Verus Team, with a proven track record of delivering excellent client service and operational efficiency. Based in Olongapo City, Ron brings a strong work ethic and a commitment to continuous improvement, always striving to exceed expectations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Outside of work, he is passionate about mobile gaming, enjoying the strategic challenges and immersive experiences that games offer. When not engaged in professional or gaming pursuits, Ron finds joy in the kitchen, experimenting with new recipes and perfecting culinary skills.

With a balanced approach to career and personal interests, Ron remains focused on growth—both professionally and personally—while staying grounded in the values of hard work, creativity, and a love for life’s simple pleasures.
